Managing your Cometeer orders is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. To ensure that your upcoming order is skipped or rescheduled, please make any modifications before the order processing date. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be skipped or rescheduled. Here’s a simple guide on how to skip or reschedule an order:


To skip/ cancel an upcoming order:

  1. Go to Manage Subscriptions **If you are on an iPhone or Tablet, you will need to click "Account Overview" first and the drop-down menu will show this option**
  2. Press 'Skip' 
  3. Confirm - Yes, Skip This Order

To reschedule for a specific date:

  1. Go to Manage Subscriptions 
  2. Click "Reschedule" 
  3. Choose delay for 1 week, delay for 2 weeks, or choose your preferred date.

 These steps allow you to have full control over your order schedule, ensuring you receive your coffee exactly when you want it!
