Yes, we do! In line with our terms, we provide options for refunds, credits, or re-shipments based on the nature of the issue. Please note that we do not accept returns.

  

To emphasize our commitment to sustainability, credits are issued for items missing from your subscription orders. For one-time purchases, we refund the amount corresponding to any unfulfilled items.

  

Any requests for replacement orders will be evaluated individually.
