You can pause your subscription for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks.

  

When logged into your [Cometeer account](https://cometeer.com/), you can pause by:

1.  Log in to your Cometeer account.
    
2.  Navigate to the **Manage Subscription** tab. If you’re using a tablet or phone, click the three lines at the top left of the page first.
    
3.  Scroll down to the **Need a Break?** Section.
    
4.  Select **Pause Subscription**.
    
5.  Select your preferred pause interval.
    
6.  Review your next renewal date: _"Your subscription will be rescheduled for X."_
    
7.  Confirm Pause Subscription.
