To change the frequency within your [Cometeer account](https://cometeer.com/), follow these steps:

1.  Navigate to the **Manage Subscription** tab. If you’re using a tablet or phone, click the three lines at the top left of the page first.
    
2.  Scroll down to the **Plan Settings** Section.
    
3.  Choose how often you’d like your deliveries to arrive.
    
4.  Click **Save.**
