We suggest keeping the capsules frozen in order to maintain their absolute flavor potential until you melt them into the flawless beverage of your choice. 

Cometeer capsules maintain optimal freshness for up to 72 hours if thawed, so we would not suggest shipping them unless you can keep them frozen en route, as the flavors will be muted upon arrival and it would generally make for a lower-quality cup. If you do plan to ship them, typically a 10lb block of dry ice will allow for 2-day shipping.
