You have the flexibility to reschedule the renewal date in your Cometeer Account. Keep in mind that modifying the date will affect the next processing date of your order, and the order will still adhere to our processing timeframe on that specified date. To reschedule your order, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to Manage Subscription.
  2. Select Manage this Subscription.
  3. Choose Reschedule.
  4. Opt to delay for 1 week, delay for 2 weeks, or choose a specific date.
